![]() There will always be more people who want to play than we can possibly accommodate. What if I don’t get a slot either through ticketing or getting in via the Standby Line? You may come back at the start of the next time slot and you may ask staff for guidance as to when that will be, however the line may be capped. Once all spots for the time are filled, we will clear the standby lines in order to respect crowd control at events. If a ticket holder does not show up within 5 minutes of their start time, we will pull someone in from standby to replace them. Once slots are filled, you can try to join the capped Standby Line every hour on the hour during show hours in case someone no-shows. What happens if someone doesn’t show up for their time slot? If you miss your ticket time, you may join the standby line on the hour (space permitting), or attempt to sign up on another day of the show. If I miss my ticket time can I join a new time slot? If you lose your ticket or you do not have a photo of your ticket, you will have to join the standby line, space permitting. ![]() If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your start time, we will give your spot to someone in standby. Participants must return with their ticket at the time of their demo. You will be able to pick a time slot and will receive a physical ticket for that timeslot. When you arrive at the demo area, look for our staff. ![]() Sign-ups must be done in person at the demo booth. The demo experience takes about 30 minutes. We will be hosting demos at Booth 108 for Adepticon and we will release our Booth Number for Star Wars Celebration when we have it. This means that you should not wait to come by if you want to prioritize nabbing a ticket. As soon as the hall opens, we will have sign-ups available at our booth. We will be holding ticketed demos every day at these shows. ![]()
